- Poles don't understand that nowhere in the world, not just in Poland, do the rich and the wealthiest pay the highest taxes. An entire mechanism of international law, EU law has been created, within which, if we look at the list of the 100 richest Poles, I think a maximum of a few, perhaps a dozen people, pay taxes in Poland - said Przemysław Wipler in an interview on PRZEkanał.
