Our Constitution Allows It.

- We must be aware that this ruling [ECJ ruling] does not introduce the possibility for Polish citizens to enter into same-sex marriages in Poland under our legal system. Our Constitution, while it allows for it, as it clearly states that it protects the marriage of a man and a woman, does not say it prohibits it, nor can it be inferred from it that [same-sex] marriages are inadmissible - said Waldemar Żurek on Polsat News.
