Besides, the ruling party may not necessarily want to tell the truth about what is actually happening in healthcare - he continued, responding to the host's suggestion that a Cabinet Council would perhaps be better.

- The summit is certainly more effective because we will meet with representatives of the medical community - he went on, when asked if the summit would be more effective.
