Health Contribution Will Not Be Raised, So We Are Seeking Budget Subsidies

- We have a low contribution compared to [EU countries], we contribute quite a lot when it comes to public healthcare, however, there is no political and social consensus to raise the health contribution, therefore, I would of course like to see increased spending, I would like us to pay realistically. Voices are also heard in the tripartite team that there are many privileged groups regarding reduced payments for healthcare. However, I think that these decisions were clearly voiced yesterday, that the health contribution will not be raised, so we are looking for funds through subsidies from the state budget - said Jolanta Sobierańska-Grenda in “Jeden na jeden” on TVN24.
