- I have just signed, in line with the coalition agreement, my resignation from the office of Marshal of the Sejm. Today is November 13th, exactly 2 years since the Sejm entrusted me with this function - stated Szymon Hołownia at a press conference.

- Yes, some had a problem with me allowing the opposition to speak, and I am proud of that, because I believe the opposition should have a voice in the chamber where someone else holds the majority - he continued.
