- We do not agree to misleading other state institutions, we do not agree to the ignoring or obstruction of investments of strategic importance, we do not agree to people in leadership positions excusing themselves by saying they have a lot of matters, a lot of duties, they were on vacation, they don't really know anything, and in sum they are not responsible for anything, because they signed documents without reading them.
