- In Ziobro's case, an arrest is necessary because his close associate fled the country and did not want to... Why do we arrest people? To prevent them from fleeing or tampering with evidence. Therefore, there is a high probability that Ziobro will want to flee, or has already fled, and consequently will evade justice, and this only indicates how serious the crimes he must have committed were and that he is fully aware of it – Ryszard Petru said on TVP Info's "Question of the Day".
