On Monday, the S3 expressway connected all of western Poland and the Czech Republic with the Polish Baltic Sea, with Polish ports. I started this construction in 2007, and we had to win elections to finish it in 2025 - stated Prime Minister Donald Tusk in a recording published on social media.
- But that's not all, today we are opening a new section of the S1 expressway, the long-awaited bypass of Węgierska Górka, which will connect us with Slovakia and further to Southern Europe. This is one of the most spectacular road projects in the history of Poland - he continued.
