- Today, the parliamentary committee is filing a notification of the possibility of a crime being committed by the former Minister of Justice, Zbigniew Ziobro - said Magdalena Sroka at a press conference of the Pegasus parliamentary committee.

- Zbigniew Ziobro, as the Minister of Justice, bore full responsibility for the expenditure of funds from the Fund for the Aid to Victims of Crime. He was the administrator of the Fund for the Aid to Victims of Crime, and it was he who failed to fulfill his duties concerning the Fund for the Aid to Victims of Crime, a fund that was intended for victims of crime - she continued.

- Despite warnings from Polish services about the danger of data obtained with this tool leaking, Zbigniew Ziobro decided to allocate funds for the acquisition of Pegasus, thereby enabling foreign services, in this case Israel, to obtain materials - she further stated.

- It was allowed, contrary to the legal opinions of the Polish Police, to use the tool to bypass security measures without a legal basis. [...] Today, the era of impunity is over. Today, we are filing a complaint against Zbigniew Ziobro - she added.
