Ziobro on Members of the Pegasus Investigative Committee:

They Regularly Commit Crimes, They Will Answer for It in Court.

Mateusz Nowak

- People who wrongly call themselves an investigative committee, which they are not after the Constitutional Tribunal's ruling that outlawed this body, are regularly committing acts that the Penal Code defines as crimes - Zbigniew Ziobro said at a press conference.

- Recently, they also, one might say, committed political hara-kiri, because they decided to use state coercion unlawfully and tried to play out a political campaign under the pretext of alleged interrogations, to which I was subjected in this pseudo-committee, and I don't think it did them any good. Politically, at least - he continued.

- I wish them health regardless, but I also wish them that the moment will come, and I am sure it will, when they themselves will stand before an independent court and answer for what they have done, for the crimes they have decided to commit in the name of the party interests of Civic Platform and its affiliates - he went on to say.

- There is no doubt that Donald Tusk's anger must have poured onto them very loudly and inclined them to further actions, hence I think that today's theater, perhaps under the Ministry of Justice, and its continuation, because let's be honest, this forceful, forced meeting was an opportunity for Poles to learn some new details about the major corruption and bribery scandals of people from Donald Tusk's closest circle - he added.
