- This bill has been waiting for quite some time, and it seems that not all strictly legal-legislative issues have been properly corrected, and we will probably have to postpone its consideration - he continued.

- This will likely be a matter of a week, because there was a decision to proceed with this bill, but last night I received a signal that some issues still need to be... either they can be corrected this morning [...], or it turns out that it will have to be postponed for another week - he went on to say.
