– In this [so-called wind farm] act, there were also solutions that today Mr. Minister and Mr. Minister Rabenda will be focusing on together with the biogas industry. Of course, we support these efforts by both experts and representatives of the biogas industry, which also offers the possibility of expanding the range or portfolio of renewable energy sources – stated President Karol Nawrocki in a media statement.

– In these renewable energy sources, there must be room for both biogas plants and, of course, also for wind farms [...] and for black gold, meaning Polish coal, and I hope that in the future also for Polish nuclear power. Therefore, today a meeting will be held with experts specifically from the biogas industry, and we will prepare concrete solutions that, I hope, will have a positive impact on the Polish electricity sector – he continued.
