Bosak on Poland's Position Regarding Ukraine: Agreements Can Be Reached Without Poland's Involvement

Tomasz Synowiec

- No - Krzysztof Bosak answered succinctly when asked by Bogdan Rymanowski if Poland is an important player in Ukraine's affairs.

- Because all sorts of agreements can be reached without Poland's involvement. Americans are aware of this, Ukrainians are aware of this, Russians are aware of this. Germans are aware of this. French and British people are aware of this. Successive Polish governments have not told this to Poles, creating a certain illusion of our influence on the course of events - said Krzysztof Bosak on "Gość Radia Zet".

- The huge financial commitment and the handover of a significant portion of armaments from Polish resources to Ukraine were supposedly an investment in Poland's international position. However, an international position is not created by one's own sacrifice; an international position is created by possessing instruments that others need to achieve their goals, and unfortunately, we do not have such instruments - Krzysztof Bosak continued.
