– Mr. President's administration is only just beginning its activities, so if they expect further explanations of what the 'coalition of the willing' is, what kind of format it is – I am presenting this once again; I have spoken about it many times, but we will gladly continue to convey and present this information – said Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz during a press briefing.

– What you quoted, that the 'coalition of the willing' is a coalition of those who are sending or want to send troops to Ukraine, is untrue. These are all those who want to help maintain peace in various ways. Poland has presented its role very precisely – he continued, asked about Przemysław Czarnek's statement, who on August 19 on TV Republika, said: 'President Nawrocki is not signing up for the coalition of those willing to send troops to Ukraine, and for that reason, it's very good that he wasn't there [in Washington].'

– There are countries that will also not engage militarily in any way but will help stabilize the situation in Ukraine. Therefore, the attempt to explain President Nawrocki's absence in Washington by misrepresenting the role of the 'coalition of the willing' will prove to be an ineffective attempt because it is simply untrue – he continued.
