– I expect that, following Karol Nawrocki's election on June 1, this September 3 visit will, in any case, strengthen the alliance with the United States – not only the military one, but also the economic one, because both the United States and Poland have an interest in this – said Przemysław Czarnek on TV Republika.

– The United States should be a strategic ally for us not only regarding national defense and security – that's first and foremost – but also regarding the economy. We have a lot to offer here, and the United States has a lot to offer, for example, in nuclear energy – he continued.

– A close economic alliance with the United States is in our interest. I am convinced that President Karol Nawrocki will also speak about this on September 3 at the White House – he went on.
