“The concept of a Security Constitution was invoked [...] to establish certain framework, I would say, conditions for cooperation. Really, in such a difficult geopolitical situation as we generally find ourselves in, a period of cohabitation is not the most, I would say, optimal situation,” said Marcin Przydacz.

“Of course, it would be much better if the government wanted to cooperate with the President, the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, in this area. I hope that, at least with the Ministry of National Defence, this cooperation will develop smoothly, and I would wish for it to also develop with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, so that here the Polish interest would prevail over a purely party-political interest on the government’s side. However, such a constitution would be a good prerequisite for cooperation,” he continued.
