- There is the head of state, there is the government, Poland's stance is agreed upon by the Council of Ministers, and all other state bodies are obliged to adhere to this stance, while the representation itself can occur at various levels. If the President has good relations with the American side, and as we can see, this cooperation in this regard must be successful for the good of Poland, then there is no problem with that - Adam Szłapka stated at a press conference.
