- President Trump acknowledged that Europe's stance, particularly on issues like security guarantees for Ukraine from the US, seems to have been met with at least a declared understanding from President Trump, which is important. He also indicated there would be no agreements during the bilateral US-Russia talks in Alaska concerning territories, meaning any potential exchange of territories or border changes for Ukraine. This is very important for us, that without Ukraine and without Europe, no one will discuss or negotiate such changes - Prime Minister Donald Tusk stated at a press conference.
