- We are not here to give each other desserts or compliments. I will cooperate with President Nawrocki on any matter where Poland's interest demands it, regardless of what I think about his views. I have been critical of some of his actions and I will not change my opinion on that, but I know what my duties are as Prime Minister and I know what the President's duties are, and we must come to terms with that - Prime Minister Donald Tusk said at a press conference. - President Nawrocki must accept the fact that I am Prime Minister, and I have accepted the fact that he is President, and I am convinced we will cooperate. As I mentioned, I have proposed to the Presidential Office that we could meet even tomorrow and talk, to summarize what is currently happening on the Ukrainian front and in these negotiations involving various countries - he continued.
