Today there was a discussion in the Council of Ministers, and it was a serious discussion [...] about what happened. I presented full information about the facts, about the justifiable public outrage surrounding the contracts that legitimately evoke emotions, while also showing that this is a tiny slice of the entire KPO – stated Katarzyna Pełczyńska-Nałęcz in the program „Fakty po faktach” on TVN24, when asked if her resignation was considered. - We have signed 824,000 contracts in eighteen months. The entire HoReCa sector accounts for 3,000 contracts raising doubts, justifiable ones, everything will be known after the inspections, but we are talking about, well, a maximum of 100, perhaps a little more – she continued. - There is an inspection. There is already an inspection, and it is an inspection at PARP, and an inspection, meaning the Polish Agency for Enterprise Development. [...] That's right, and then an inspection at the operators who directly conduct the recruitment for these projects. Every contract will be reviewed. Moreover, what is very important, and I also informed the Council of Ministers about this in detail, we must show respect for entrepreneurs, for honest beneficiaries with whom contracts have been signed, because there are, of course, dishonest ones. We will find them, we will hold them accountable, they will not receive money. But there are also honest ones, they deserve respect and payment – she concluded.
