- In the Polish parliament, so many amendments, in my opinion bad ones, were added to this [wind turbine] act, which in general raise certain doubts of a constitutional nature. I am not making a decision today; this decision must be made by the President - said Zbigniew Bogucki in an interview with Agata Adamek on TVN24's "Jeden na jeden". - No, I am not saying that and I am not advising [the President to send the act to the Constitutional Tribunal], and what I am advising, I will not reveal today, because that is a conversation between me and the President - he continued. "No Decision Today" - There is no such formulation today, there is no such decision today [not to sign the wind turbine act] [...] the decision rests with the head of state - he went on to say.
