- We also maintain the position that decisions regarding any potential territorial exchanges, as is currently being widely speculated about, and other peace conditions, must all be agreed upon with Ukraine's participation. We know from history, and Poland itself was often a victim of this, when great powers decided the fate of other states without their involvement in negotiations. Therefore, for Poland's security, it is also important to respect the principle of 'nothing about Ukraine without Ukraine' - stated Prime Minister Donald Tusk at the Nitro-Chem plant.
