- The President's declaration that he wants to return, for example, regarding the CPK [Central Communication Port], to what it was, still echoes in my ears. Meaning, what does he want to return to? To guarding a meadow for gigantic sums of money, to a lack of real investment, to public money being spent and burnt away? As a public official, as a Pole, I simply cannot physically agree to that - said Marcin Kierwiński at a press conference at the Świnoujście-Garz border crossing. - If President Nawrocki employs such political actions, I think it will be very difficult to find any common ground for cooperation here. Or the famous land protection act, I know it's called something else now. I can assume that either the President deliberately omits the fact that record amounts of land were sold under PiS, or he has chosen collaborators in his chancellery who are unable to check the simplest things. Both are disqualifying - he continued. - My request to the President is that on fundamental matters, let's try to seek optimal solutions, not cheap PiS propaganda - he added.
