Jabłoński:

Żurek is driven by a desire for revenge over his imagined grievances

- Mr. Żurek is certainly driven by a desire for revenge over some imagined grievances of his, especially within the judicial community. It's interesting that he first focused on attacking judges he didn't like; he announced he was dismissing probably 46 presidents and vice-presidents, and now judicial collegiums are blocking him - Paweł Jabłoński said on Polsat News. - The problem in Polish courts today is not whether a judge was appointed then or now; judges are generally the same [...] the vast majority of judges simply want to adjudicate. The problem is that cases in courts drag on for years, that there is gigantic procedural delay, and the government has done nothing about it for over 1.5 years - he continued.
