Prime Minister Donald Tusk and Infrastructure Minister Dariusz Klimczak will visit the construction site of Poland's largest railway tunnel. The investment, a segment of the new railway line No. 104, will enable the restoration of rail communication between Limanowa and Nowy Sącz. A press conference is scheduled for 10:10.

At 11:00, in the Presidential Palace, President Karol Nawrocki will appoint the leadership of the Chancellery of the President of the Republic of Poland.

Also at 11:00, a one-day session of the Senate will commence. The upper house will address amendments to the law on financed healthcare services, allowing for changes in the organization and functioning of the basic hospital security system for healthcare services.

The provisions of the law introduce, among other things, the possibility of flexible transformation of hospital wards, the merging of hospitals by local governments, and recovery plans for indebted facilities. The agenda also includes so-called deregulation bills. A briefing by Senate Marshal Małgorzata Kidawa-Błońska is scheduled for 10:50.

At 17:30 in Kalisz, President Karol Nawrocki will meet with residents.
