- Poland has somewhat divided into two ways of thinking about major investments. Some are specialists in resolutions, conferences, and showcases, while others are specialists in actually building. If you seriously consider, even for a moment, what major investment was initiated and completed during the eight years of our predecessors' rule, you will see for yourselves that there were a million words and practically zero deeds. This is the crucial difference; we are building CPK, we have the ambition to build high-speed railways, that famous Y, and this construction has begun - stated Prime Minister Donald Tusk in Małopolska, at the construction site of the largest railway tunnel in Poland.
