- It's simply a shame that someone who supposedly has a legal education, moreover, was a judge for years, spouts such nonsense, because he knows perfectly well that any non-compliance with the Constitution can only be spoken of when the Constitutional Tribunal rules that something is unconstitutional - President Andrzej Duda said on Polsat News, when asked about Waldemar Żurek's words regarding judges (election commissioners) who, "by getting involved in procedures contrary to our Constitution, do not guarantee the proper performance of their duties." - As a lawyer, Minister Żurek is simply mixing politics with legal knowledge.
