- France, Belgium, the Netherlands, Austria, Ireland. These are countries where discussions are possible. And I will be doing that. I will also be talking with the Commissioner in the near future, because on the one hand, we want to draw attention to Mercosur, and on the other hand, to trade relations with Ukraine, as this is also a challenge for us - he continued.

- Food security is very important, and today we must ask ourselves a question. Are we increasingly tightening the screws here in Europe, colloquially speaking, setting ever higher standards for farmers to meet, while through the back door we might be allowing in food produced based on completely different regulations, with no such restrictive norms regarding the use of plant protection products - said the Minister of Agriculture.
