- I have no doubt that the appointment of Mr. former judge Żurek to the office of Minister of Justice, who as a judge ostentatiously presented his political views, which should never have happened and, to be honest, he himself should have faced disciplinary proceedings in the meantime because judges are not allowed to do that [...] this is clear radicalization - said President Andrzej Duda in Polsat News. - His views are widely known, very radical, and what he is doing now, the attempt to persecute judges appointed over the last practically 10 years, is a clear manifestation of this - he continued.
