Friday's Political Agenda: Commemorating the 81st Anniversary of the Warsaw Uprising, President Kaczyński's Address, and Razem on Social Program Cuts
At 11:00 AM, President Andrzej Duda will commemorate the victims of the Wola massacre, with a statement to the media also planned. At 4:50 PM, he will lay a wreath on the grave of Gen. Antoni Chruściel 'Monter', commander of the Warsaw District of the Home Army (AK), and at 5:00 PM - the hour of "W" - he will pay tribute to the insurgents.
At 1:30 PM in Warsaw, flowers will be laid and a speech by PiS Chairman Jarosław Kaczyński is scheduled.
As part of the ongoing "Summer with Razem" tour, Razem party co-leaders Adrian Zandberg and Aleksandra Owca, along with MP Marcelina Zawisza, will visit Szczecin. A press conference with the Razem leadership will take place at 12:15 PM. The event will be dedicated to discussions about the limitation of social programs being held within the ruling coalition.
