I Dismissed 9 People from Delegations at the Ministry of Justice and 46 Court Presidents and Vice-Presidents Nationwide

- I can say that so far, since taking office, I have dismissed 9 people from delegations at the Ministry of Justice, and another one is awaiting signature. Regarding the positions of court presidents and vice-presidents, I have dismissed 46 individuals across the country - Waldemar Żurek stated at a press conference. - In my opinion, a judge who signed the so-called 'support lists' for the neo-KRS [...] should indeed have some reflection. A judge who participated in the competition, knowing that many other excellent individuals in the court were not competing before the neo-KRS, and also knowing that it is a body appointed contrary to our constitutional provisions concerning this institution, should have some reflection - he continued. - I am not here to judge these individuals, but rather I want to select colleagues about whom I have a guarantee that the difficult reforms that await us will be implemented, and that there will be no form of sabotage - he further elaborated.
