- The prosecutor's office is currently conducting, as far as I know, 19 investigations to determine if there were any electoral falsifications in certain commissions. I will be observing these investigations, but I also know that other electoral commissions are being indicated where an investigation might be warranted. So, certainly, if I see that these arguments are justified, I will recommend recounting these votes in other commissions as well. This is one decision I will make, but I will make it when I see what the reality is in these investigations. I certainly would like to, and I have already sent a letter today to the National Electoral Commission - stated Waldemar Żurek in "Pytanie dnia" (Question of the Day) on TVP INFO, when asked about recounting votes in the presidential elections.

- I certainly would like the results that have been recounted and the actual votes to be reflected on the electoral commissions' websites and in the results published by the National Electoral Commission, because it seems to me an absurd and very incomprehensible situation for a citizen that votes were counted correctly, errors were caught, and the citizen still goes to their electoral commission's website and sees that the result is the same as before the recount, i.e., with flaws - he added.

- I also have no illusions, because I worked in an electoral commission as a young judge, I saw elections up close, that mistakes always happen, but mistakes are one thing, and deliberate actions are another. I would also like to examine the issues concerning the applications that are alleged to have influenced the outcome - he continued.
