We have the Constitution of the Republic of Poland, and I also have a very clear interpretation of the Constitution - stated Szymon Hołownia at a press conference in the Sejm.
According to the Electoral Code in force in Poland, Karol Nawrocki is, from the moment the election results are announced by the National Electoral Commission (PKW), the newly elected President of the Republic of Poland. The electoral process does not end at the moment the Supreme Court issues a ruling on the validity or invalidity of the elections.
