– Today there is a truly very important matter, because it relates not only to these elections, but simply to Polish rule of law, democracy, and the Polish state. Various kinds of papers are coming to light, which in reality have no significance, but they are supposed to be protected. After all, there are currently very extensive regulations regarding the protection of various types of data pertaining to citizens, and these materials are circulating on the internet. And if we are to believe Mr. Brejza, then he obtained them from there, and it is unknown on what basis, legal grounds, or from where – stated Jarosław Kaczyński at a press conference.

– We believe that the problem is serious and we need to file a notification with the prosecutor's office, convene the special services committee, and finally notify the OSCE, because it is this organization that deals with the supervision of electoral matters on a European scale – he continued.

– This situation, where we have more and more such events during an election campaign, cannot be tolerated and overlooked – emphasized the PiS leader.
