Pełczyńska-Nałęcz:

I Don't Understand Why Anyone Would Vote Against Housing Price Transparency

– This is a parliamentary bill [the Act on Housing Price Transparency], meaning it's not a coalition bill that was written into the agreement. There will be complaints [if someone doesn't support it], but for a completely different reason. Because there is a truly widespread public expectation, expressed in online parliamentary consultations where over 6,000 citizens participated […]. Over 90% of those who took part in these consultations decisively supported this bill – said Katarzyna Pełczyńska-Nałęcz in RMF FM's "Popołudniowa rozmowa" (Afternoon Conversation).

– I cannot imagine why someone would vote against it. […] The point is for people to be able to easily, clearly, transparently, quickly, and conveniently understand what the asking prices are for developer apartments and to make the best decision for themselves in comfort and dignity. […] I absolutely cannot understand who would vote against this. Unless some lobby is breathing down their neck – she stated.
