Voluntary but Widespread
– We are talking about voluntary but widespread training. This means everyone will be able to make the decision, apart from, of course, matters related to building reserves or conscription, but we are not planning to reinstate conscription – said Cezary Tomczyk in "Graffiti" on Polsat News.
We Must Have a "Polish Model"

We Want to Offer People Relief and Benefits
As the Deputy Minister of National Defence explained: – The "Polish model" is to involve encouraging people to undergo training.
