PKW Still No Decision on PiS Report. New Deadline Set

The National Electoral Commission (PKW) has not passed a resolution regarding PiS's financial report via circulation, as requested by the Commission's Chairman, Sylwester Marciniak.

A statement to this effect appeared on the PKW's website.

"In light of the objection lodged against the adoption of a resolution concerning the financial report of the Electoral Committee Law and Justice (KW Prawo i Sprawiedliwość) from the Sejm and Senate elections held on October 15, 2023, via circulation [...], I am convening a meeting of the Commission for December 30, 2024, at 12:00 PM" - it reads.
