- Of course, we did not accept one report [...] due to the previous resolution from the end of August this year, namely the report of the political party Law and Justice - said Ryszard Kalisz in a conversation with journalists in front of the National Electoral Commission (PKW) headquarters. - The vote breakdown there was predictable, meaning 5 were for rejection, 4 against - he stated. - PiS, its report, meaning the issue of subsidies [...], has now been settled by the National Electoral Commission through a resolution. [...] An appeal against this resolution to the Supreme Court is possible within 7 days, but due to the earlier resolution that the National Electoral Commission adopted today, it must be decided by the Supreme Court composed of judges who are judges appointed in accordance with the constitution - he emphasized, referring to his earlier statements.
