Perhaps there was a mistake, an oversight. Intentions are important.
- It is difficult for me to say how the prosecution, the Sejm services, will approach this matter [of Kinga Gajewska]. I am aware [that her husband, Arkadiusz Myrcha, is the Deputy Minister of Justice], of course I also read these comments - said Adam Bodnar in TOK FM Morning.
- However, it seems to me that what is missing from these media statements is that Mr. Mejza has a whole series of other charges related to a certain unclear origin of the funds he possesses, which were subsequently not included in his financial disclosure - he continued.
- It seems to me that in this case [of Kinga Gajewska], perhaps no one has doubts that it was a donation from her parents and that perhaps there was a simple, ordinary mistake, an oversight, some issue where someone might have forgotten. It is difficult for me to assess this - he noted.
- However, I think that intentions in this situation are important and may influence the assessment of the entire situation - he indicated.
