- I am warning all those who speculate or try to profit from the flood and human tragedy: we have legal tools related to states of emergency, and we will use these tools to force a return to pre-flood prices. And if necessary, this is a more complicated process, but we will manage, we will set official prices for some products, those related to people's basic needs - he continued.
- It is better, from the perspective of those who have decided to make a profit, that they themselves make the decision to return to pre-flood prices as quickly as possible - he added.
