Any Attempt by the Prime Minister to Cancel Counter-signature on X is Legally Ineffective

- The Assembly of Judges of the Civil Chamber of the Supreme Court is taking place today. […] Yesterday, we heard a statement from a Supreme Court representative who unequivocally stated that the presidential decision had been issued, counter-signed, published, and had legal effects. This is the Supreme Court's position today, which was realized through the holding of this assembly - President Andrzej Duda said at a press conference with the Prime Minister of Finland. - We also heard statements from lawyers who are unequivocally associated with the option favoring the Prime Minister – I am thinking of the statement by Judge Prusinowski, as well as Professor Chmaj – who unequivocally said that any annulment, withdrawal, or cancellation of the Prime Minister's counter-signature on a decision issued by the President is simply legally impossible - he continued. As the President emphasized: - Any action on the X platform in the form of an attempt to cancel this counter-signature is simply legally completely ineffective. - From the perspective of any potential complaint to an administrative court, the attempt to file which is taking place – in my opinion, this is not within the jurisdiction of an administrative court at all, because we are not dealing with any administrative act - he added.
