Ministry of Development Receives Hundreds of Calls and Emails: We Want Support to Obtain a Loan

- It is a co-authorship, along with the entire government, the Prime Minister, all of us, that there is an additional 1.5 billion for housing construction compared to the 2024 budget. This is a huge success for Minister Paszyk, who is responsible for construction - said Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz at a press briefing during the Economic Forum in Karpacz. - His strategy, three areas: social housing, cooperative housing, and owner-occupied housing. Each of these values, each of these types, whether it is ownership, the use of an apartment, or participation in construction [...] is needed, and all of them should develop. This will be the common denominator. In my opinion, this is an achievement of compromise, I really like this idea from Minister Paszyk - he continued. - This also includes support for borrowers. What are young Poles struggling with? Lack of a down payment. I heard about this at dozens of pre-election meetings. Hundreds of calls and emails are coming into the Ministry of Development and Technology: we want support to obtain a loan - he stated. - Other countries have a different sensitivity on this matter, but Polish sensitivity is such that many people want to own their own apartment. And the state must facilitate apartments for rent, cooperative, municipal, social, but also owner-occupied ones - he summarized.
