Our Condition Was the Handover of Poczobut to Poland. Tusk's Team Gave the Russians an Agent Without Gaining Anything.

- Negotiations on the prisoner exchange between Russia and the West have been ongoing for at least a year and a half. As the coordinator of special services, I held talks with the Americans on this matter. I proposed handing over to the Russians agent Pawel Rubcow, arrested by us in February 2022, who used the alias Pablo Gonzales, an agent of the GRU. Our condition as part of the prisoner exchange was the handover to Poland of Andrzej Poczobut, sentenced to 8 years in prison in Belarus, and a Russian national identified as W., who possessed a Pole's Card and was sentenced to 12 years in a labor camp for cooperation with Polish services.
