- I submitted another motion. I wanted the National Electoral Commission (PKW) to contact the Minister of Justice, the Prosecutor General, regarding the Justice Fund, because we received significant materials from him, but [...] once again, someone there among the officials, I hope unintentionally, forgot to specify - said Ryszard Kalisz on Polsat News's "Gość Wydarzeń" (Guest of Events). - We have Article 149 of the Electoral Code - I'm advising those officials - where we must specify the amount of the benefit exactly to the zloty. [...] We don't have the instruments, we have 5 officials, to precisely define it - he continued. - My motion regarding the Justice Fund did not pass. Only two members of the PKW were in favour of this motion: myself and Advocate Gieras - he stated.
