- The only money that is on the table today is money from a well-prepared – and this is a great credit to the Polish presidency – EU program, the SAFE program. Nearly 200 billion zlotys are available for the modernization of the Polish army and the development of the Polish defense industry. 193.5 billion euros. This is a colossal sum of money, and it is practically readily available - said Adam Szłapka on Polsat News's "Gość Wydarzeń" (Guest of Events).
