Kaczyński:
No Compensation, No Reparation, No Punishment – The Matter Remains Unresolved
- There are those who are ready to give up on everything. But words were spoken during these speeches that we listened to, which must be considered just. Only the insurgents themselves can forgive, but this must be supplemented. Only those who were murdered, tortured in Warsaw back then, can forgive. And there is no such forgiveness. Punishment is needed, even for the latter, because there are still those who participated in all of this, there are still insurgents, they are alive, and perhaps only a few, but the perpetrators are also alive. And let us remember that the latter element involved the fact that the most obvious criminals were simply not punished. This also needs to be emphasized. There is no compensation, no reparation, no punishment – the matter remains unresolved – stated Jarosław Kaczyński in Warsaw.
