Sienkiewicz:
Tusk sought a team of elephants, but fighting ones, not those wanting a quiet retirement in the EP
- The fundamental matter is this: a new task. In fact, the issue of public media, from the moment of registration by a full-fledged court, with three judges, in an expanded composition, closes a certain chapter - said Bartłomiej Sienkiewicz in Polsat News's "Graffiti", when asked about the reasons for running for the European Parliament.
- The second matter: something has changed in our world. To be honest, Donald Tusk was looking for a team of elephants, but this time fighting ones for the European Parliament, not those who want to go for a quiet retirement - he emphasized.
- I like new challenges. It seems to me that for Poland, Polish security, Polish raison d'état, and for what is happening in Europe, this might be a crucial term. I would like to take part in it - he stated.
