The Council of Ministers, starting at 10:00, will address the Assumptions of Polish Foreign Policy for 2024 – ahead of this week's so-called expose by the Minister of Foreign Affairs in the Sejm – as well as a draft bill on special solutions related to the Republic of Poland's preparation and exercise of the presidency of the Council of the European Union in the first half of 2025.

At 10:00, the investigative committee on envelope elections will hear testimony from Maciej Biernat, former CEO of the Polish Security Printing Works S.A. from 2018-2023, and former Minister of Interior and Administration Mariusz Kamiński.

Also at 10:00, a conference inaugurating recruitment for the 4th edition of "Campus Polska Przyszłości" will begin, with the participation of Warsaw Mayor Rafał Trzaskowski.

At 12:00, the extraordinary committee for the consideration of draft laws concerning the right to abortion will convene to consider a motion to adopt a resolution on holding a public hearing – a total of 4 projects are involved, two authored by Lewica and two by KO and Trzecia Droga.

At 14:35, Prime Minister Donald Tusk and NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg are scheduled to welcome the Prime Minister of Great Britain, Rishi Sunak, at the 1st Warsaw Armoured Brigade named after General Tadeusz Kościuszko. At 14:40, a meeting of delegations will commence.

At 17:00, Prime Minister Tusk will welcome Prime Minister Sunak at the Chancellery of the Prime Minister (KPRM), and at 17:05, a meeting of the prime ministers will begin. Around 17:50, statements to the media are planned, followed at 18:15 by a meeting of delegations.

President Andrzej Duda continues his visit to Canada. A briefing for Polish media will start at 19:50 Polish time.
