Pegasus Inquiry Committee Will Summon Ziobro Regardless of His Current Health Condition
- It's not so much that [the Pegasus inquiry committee] should, but it will summon Mr. Zbigniew Ziobro regardless of his current health condition, because we assumed and planned for this [...]. We will do everything in accordance with the procedure, meaning he will receive a summons, and then we will see if Mr. Zbigniew Ziobro appears, or if it turns out to be a medical certificate, what kind of certificate it will be. The Code of Criminal Procedure regulates this very precisely, and we will act in accordance with the Code of Criminal Procedure in this regard - said Tomasz Trela in "Rozmowa Piaseckiego" on TVN24.
