Kosiniak-Kamysz:
The Green Deal in Agriculture Has Been Halted, All European-Level Issues Have Been Resolved
- The issue of the Green Deal in agriculture has been halted. There will be no fallowing, no restrictions on the use of plant protection products and fertilizers, no such controls on farms up to 10 hectares, and no issue of winter cover. All demands from those protesting the Green Deal have been met; all these matters concerning the Green Deal at the European level have been resolved – said Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz at a press conference in Narew.
- Regarding the embargo, we have maintained the embargo on agricultural products such as wheat, corn, rapeseed, sunflower, bran, and others. Transit has been limited, significantly less transit than under the rule of our predecessors, and increased controls at the border. This transit from Ukraine, as the Ukrainian side informs, for the vast majority no longer goes through Poland, but through the Black Sea - he continued.
